Remodeling Update

Have you ever been involved in a home improvement project? If you have, then you know about the whole decision-making process of choosing the right colors and materials. Then there is the whole thing about picking a contractor, and even if you do the work yourself there are unexpected problems and unforseen delays. A home improvement project can quickly become a strain on any relationship. Even the closest lovebirds can find themselves at odds with each other.

That may be what was happening during Jim and Cindy’s ongoing rebuilding project at their love nest. That would explain their recent disappearance of several days. They may have reached the point of frustration where they decided to just get away from it all and discuss the situation. But as you can see by the above photos, they are back and still together. Roger was able to catch the two of them today, standing on their newly expanded front porch. The shot was taken from across Route 4, the lake, two grassy areas, two gravel roads and the Mad River.

The photo of the empty nest, taken from Eastwood Lake, clearly shows how impressive the nest is becoming. This is roughly the angle that will be streaming live via the new video camera on the Boonshoft website’s eaglecam page. The new camera installation is progressing and both cameras will begin live-streaming coverage of the nest around the 15th of February.
